Payment Terms
- Payments are made in cash, via bank cards or other payment systems.
Treatment Services
- Treatment services are provided by doctor’s prescription
- Some services require preliminary medical examination
- The sanatorium reserves the right to refuse service in case of contraindications
Guest Obligations
- Observe the sanatorium’s internal rules
- Respect other guests’ rest
- Take responsibility for any damage caused
Limitation of Liability
- The sanatorium is not responsible for loss of personal items
- No guarantee is provided for treatment results due to individual characteristics
Dispute Resolution
- All disputes are resolved through negotiations
- In case of disagreement, according to the legislation of the Republic of Armenia
