Reservation Cancellations
- You can cancel your reservation 7 days before arrival for a full refund
- Cancellations 3-7 days before arrival incur a 50% fee
- Cancellations less than 3 days before arrival are non-refundable
Treatment Services
- Treatment services that have already begun are non-cancellable
- Service modifications are possible in case of medical contraindications
Special Circumstances
- Individual approaches will be considered for health issues (with medical certificate)
- Flexible approaches will be discussed in force majeure situations
