Mud <\/strong>(peat) is originated through the prolonged decomposition of plants by bacteria in warm and humid conditions. The peat springs are renowned for their exceptional quality, free from environmental contaminants.<\/p>

Mud is heated to 38-42\u00b0C<\/strong>, either rubbed all over the body (mud wraps) except for the heart and head area or applied locally (mud applications). Due to the temperature of the compresses, peloid procedures are accompanied by intense sweating. At the same time, the body gets rid of excess metabolic products, toxins.<\/p>
